Equitable Storefronts

Equitable storefronts provide the opportunity for families to take ownership of filling their family's needs at an accessible price. We Love St. Charles hosts two key storefronts: Supplies for $5 and Coats for Kids. 


Supplies for $5 offers families backpacks and full sets of supplies for the price of $5 per student.


Coats for Kids offers fa

Equitable storefronts provide the opportunity for families to take ownership of filling their family's needs at an accessible price. We Love St. Charles hosts two key storefronts: Supplies for $5 and Coats for Kids. 


Supplies for $5 offers families backpacks and full sets of supplies for the price of $5 per student.


Coats for Kids offers families brand new coats for $5 per City of St. Charles student. We also provide other coat options for parents and their children that are not yet in school. 


Each of these equitable storefronts require store facilitators, inventory shoppers, and fundraising partners.

Our team is in search of individuals willing to assist in physical service opportunities. These services can range from simply building a coat rack for our storefront, painting porch steps, to moving furniture. 


We Love St. Charles would love to partner with willing hearts and can always find use for those with basic home-repair/constructi

We Love St. Charles would love to partner with willing hearts and can always find use for those with basic home-repair/construction skills. 


A few examples of these service projects include:

  • Building storefront coat racks 
  • Patching drywall 
  • Moving furniture 
  • Pulling weeds
  • Securing front steps and railings

We Love St. Charles partners with each family differently -- requiring a range of volunteer skills and passions. Every family has unique needs and varying levels at which they are willing to partner with our team.
